Whether you are taking a car, plane, boat, train or motorcycle… sitting for long periods of time can be tough on your circulation, joints and can leave you drained and depleted. I share some important movements to consider when you are sitting for hours at a time. Don’t worry, they won’t bother your traveling neighbor too much!
