Total Body Yoga for Women | DEEP STRETCH HIPS AND BACK

Happy Mother’s Day! If you’re a mom of any kind – human mom, cat mom, dog mom, plant mom… you’re probably in need of a DEEP stretch. This 15-minute yoga routine is perfect for women who want to give themselves some total body love.


Women carry so much emotional tension in their hips, so releasing this energy is crucial to finding total mind and body relief. Daily activities like sitting at your desk, driving long distances, folding laundry, picking up and putting down babies, and poor posture can lead to back pain, stiffness, and aches.

In this 15-minute class, we’re going to focus on lengthening and gentle, but deep stretching for the entire body. We’ll give some special attention to the low back (my favorite stretch ever!) and the hips. This yoga flow hits all the right places! Totally beginner-friendly, but also lovely for those of you who practice regularly and need a quickie!
